Kash Jani is the founder and brainchild behind Janco Properties. An ambitious and enthusiastic entrepreneur, Kash has been passionate about property from a very young age. He believes in building long term relationships and always looks for win-win situations in every deal or investment that he takes on.

For 20 years, Kash has been working with tier 1 investment banks and other financial institutions providing niche technology and business consultancy. During his career, Kash has worked on multi-million pound global programmes and has been recognised for his effort and experience by various firms.

Kash brings a wealth of this experience in to the property market and is involved in strategic decision making, working with investors and Janco’s power team overseeing the day to day operations of the firm.
